One team: launching a new identity and keeping the spirit alive

Vokèra’s market position and reputation is rapidly improving, and a new corporate identity has recently been revealed. With 120 employees working at four sites across the UK, employee engagement has been vital to gaining staff support for the overhaul as well as for implementing a hard-working, effective internal communications programme going forward.

Activity to date has included employee roadshows to develop internal brand values and connect with the workforce at every step, a DVD communicating the new identity which was revealed at an internal rebrand conference ahead of the‘go live’ date, ‘Vokera Life’ a quarterly internal magazine, ‘Living the Life’ a company manual and who’s who, the Vokera Life Awards programme, monthly team talks, ensuring ambient areas of the business include important company messages, branding and updates, a managing director’s roadshow and the appointment of internal brand champions to assist Bright in delivering the ongoing programme of activity.
